Footwear and Bags
All of our footwear and bags are fully covered under our 7 day no-questions-asked policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery for a full refund—with free return shipping. Love it or return it.
Handmade-to-Order Products
Due to the exclusive nature of our limited-edition handmade-to-order apparel items, returns or exchanges are only accepted during the 7-day window if your product arrives defective or damaged.
Sizing Assurance
We've taken the time to master our sizing instructions to help ensure the best possible fit. That said, like many things in life, it's not always perfect—especially in rare or uniquely shaped cases.
Exchanges & Replacements
Exchanges are accepted within our 7-day guarantee period and must strictly adhere to our eligibility policy. In the rare event that you’ve followed our sizing instructions precisely and still experience issues with your apparel, we will do our best to provide you with a replacement. However, once the allotted number of units has been sold, we are unable to offer exchanges in order to preserve the integrity of our limited-edition-only policy. In such cases, we may offer you store credit of up to 60% toward an available replacement item.
Eligibility Requirements
- Condition: Items must be lightly worn, undamaged, and returned in or with their original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns and exchanges.
- Final Sale Items: Sale and customized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return & Exchange Process
- Initiate a Return or Exchange: Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery to request a authorization.
- Free Return Shipping: Once authorized, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.
- Refund Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item.
3. PRE-ORDER POLICY
Our pre-order system is not available to the public—it is an exclusive privilege reserved only for Signature 7 Members.
Exclusive Access:
Pre-orders are offered exclusively to Signature 7 members, our most dedicated and style-forward clientele. Only the first seven (7) customers of each coveted drop are granted this honor. "There’s no other way to join." Once the seven spots are claimed, the doors close until the next pre-order period.
Why Pre-Order?
Every pair of Xtreme Kulture Footwear is handcrafted in Italy and released in strictly limited quantities— 1,000 units per style. Pre-ordering secures your pair before it becomes available to the public.
How It Works
- Eligible Signature 7 members will see a “Pre-Order” option on select product from your dashboard. Simply choose your size and complete your purchase to reserve your unit.
- Pre-orders are charged in full at checkout to confirm your allocation. Due to the exclusivity of our items, we are unable to hold inventory without payment.
- All pre-order items are handmade-to-order in Le Marche, Italy. Please allow 15–20 business days for production and quality control. You’ll receive updates throughout each phase—from crafting to shipment.
- Once complete, your order will be delivered via UPS or FedEx with full tracking. Delivery takes 1–8 business days, depending on your location. Standard shipping is free in the U.S.
Pre-Order Cancellations
Because each item is hand-crafted specifically for you, pre-orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once production begins. If you need to adjust sizing or shipping details within 24 hours of placing your order, please email us at support@volontechic.com.

4. SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Times
Orders placed before 4:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) will be processed on the same business day. Orders submitted after this time will be processed on the next available business day.
Crafted with Care
💌 Orders are expertly processed and meticulously handcrafted within 6–14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Delivery Time
- Delivery time is usually 1-6 business days in the U.S. excluding weekends and holidays and 5 -10 business days worldwide.
- Pre-orders ship based on the estimated drop date, in the order they were received.
In the rare event of a manufacturing or logistical delay affecting delivery, we may offer a refund store credit of up to 45% as a courtesy.

Footwear and bags are typically dispatched from Italy, while clothing is usually shipped from London. However, dispatch locations may vary based on inventory availability. All items are first sent to our Quality Control Center, where they are thoroughly inspected for any manufacturing flaws or defects before being shipped to the customer to ensure the highest standard of craftsmanship.
Luxury Shipping (Coming Soon)
Get ready for an exclusive shipping experience! Our upcoming Luxury Shipping Service will offer personalized handling for your order. With this premium service, your package will be securely transferred to a dedicated carrier service for personal hand-delivery to you or someone you choose. This ensures a seamless, high-end delivery experience that aligns with your luxury standards. Stay tuned!
Tracking Information
- A tracking number will be provided once your order has passed quality control and ships.
- Volonté Chic Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
International Orders
- Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties on international shipments.
Drop Date Disclaimer
We make every effort to ensure pre-order customers receive their shoes promptly. However, unforeseen circumstances (production delays, shipping logistics, etc.) may alter the exact arrival date.
5. BRAND INTEGRITY POLICY
We pride ourselves on offering exclusive, high-quality designs. Accordingly, we may require that each collection or “drop” meets a minimum preorder threshold. If that threshold is not met, Volonté Chic reserves the right to discontinue the release and issue full refunds to those who pre-ordered.

- Unforeseen Circumstances: We are not liable for delays or failures due to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or other events outside our control.
