1. TRANSACTIONAL SECURITY

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied with your products, you may return them within 7 days of delivery for a full refund—with free return shipping.

Final Sale Items

Sale items and customized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

3. PRE-ORDER POLICY

Order Placement

  • Pre-orders require full payment at the time of placement.

Pre-Order Time Frame

  • Volonté Chic offers limited-edition models (e.g., Xtreme Kulture shoes) for a designated 90-day period or until the allotted units for that release are sold out—whichever comes first. Preorders are during the first 30 days. Once the order window closes, no additional orders will be accepted.

Estimated Delivery Dates

  • We strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, but delays may occur due to production or shipping challenges. Volonté Chic is not liable for unforeseen delays.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

  • You may modify or cancel your pre-order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order is considered final. No exceptions.

Limited Availability

  • Placing a pre-order does not guarantee availability if unforeseen production issues arise. If we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund—no questions asked.

4. SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed and produced within 3–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Worth the wait, we promise.
  • Delivery time is usually 2-4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
  • Pre-orders ship based on the estimated drop date, in the order they were received.

Shipping Methods

  • We offer standard and expedited shipping. Rates vary by destination and weight.
  • Footwear & Bags typically ship from Italy; Clothing typically ships from London.

Tracking Information

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.
  • Volonté Chic Collection is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

International Orders

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties on international shipments.

Release Date Disclaimer

  • We make every effort to ensure pre-order customers receive their shoes promptly on the official release date. However, unforeseen circumstances (production delays, shipping logistics, etc.) may alter the exact arrival date.

5. BRAND INTEGRITY POLICY

We pride ourselves on offering exclusive, high-quality designs. Accordingly, we may require that each collection or “drop” meets a minimum preorder threshold. If that threshold is not met, Volonté Chic reserves the right to discontinue the release and issue full refunds to those who pre-ordered.
